The
warranty period for equipment is from 3 to 5 years. You can check the exact warranty period for specific equipment with
a sales specialist! When sending equipment for repair, the
client must attach to the equipment a copy of the sales document (delivery note, sales receipt) or a completed
warranty card (
serial numbers on the coupon and the devices are identical),
a fully completed COMPLAINT form
No. 1 separately for each piece of equipment and a completed Acceptance Certificate equipment. The client delivers faulty equipment to our warehouse on his own and at his own expense. All other costs associated with moving the equipment to the manufacturer's service center are borne by the seller. The warranty repair
period is determined by the equipment manufacturer, and the repair period does not include the
time of delivery of the equipment to the manufacturer’s service center and back. The warranty does not apply and
warranty repairs are not performed in the following cases:
- Presence of mechanical damage or traces of attempts to open products, broken seals, soldering, broken slots on mounting screws, etc.
- The serial number has been changed or deleted.
- Violations of operating rules and non-compliance of external influences with the equipment protection class.
- Damage caused by lightning, fire or other natural phenomena, excessive moisture or dust.
- Damage caused by non-compliance with State standards of parameters of power supply, communication, cable networks and other similar external factors.
- Damage caused by installation or operation in violation of technical specifications and safety requirements.
- Transportation of equipment not in standard containers (not in manufacturer’s containers).
Equipment that has lost its marketable appearance, without standard power supplies, without a set of accessories, without software and operating documentation cannot be replaced.
